Pressure–reducing system:
Among the pressure –reducing system, the reducing valve absorbs the design of advanced technology, to work for the ball's whole process, balanced valve, valve seat structure. The conical surface of valve clack and valve seat are sealed, it adopt the streamlined design in the structure and size, to make the steam go in smooth line in the process of flow, which is more conducive to recovery and to avoid noise generation, while the upper and lower valve cover has ventilation in hole with good balance. The valve sealing surface heap CoCr alloy, and through strict and effective process control and inspection test, the valve can achieve equal percentage, linear and other regulation by different ways. The upper and lower chamber are equipped with silencer hole cover, and it can throttle, but also reduce noise. In addition, among the upper chamber and lower chamber, the valves do have the guide sleeve, thereby reducing the rate of valve's vibration, reducing the link of generating noise, making the operation more stable. The opening, closing, adjustment or off of the valve should be controlled by the executive body connected to it. The design of noise silencer grille and multi-orifice plate designed is according to principles of holes muffler, throttle, silencer, steady flow effect is obvious, making the equipment run more stable and quiet.
Temperature reduction system:
The system consists of steam pipes, nozzles, water control valve, stop valve, throttle valve and check valve.
1) Steam mixing pipe and flute-type nozzles: the main channel mixing pipe has Venturi tube, transition and protection tubes, nozzles set in venturi's throat, temperature reduction through the nozzles of venturi's throat , it can directly spray mist of water and steam mixture to reduce temperature. The steam flow in Venturi's throat is always in high speed, and water reduction will be shattered by high-speed steam through the nozzle, to ensure good atomization. The series of spray nozzles can adopt the forms of staggered or down along the spray, and the cooling water spray through the nozzle holes at the velocity of 18 ~ 23m / s. Driven by high-speed steam that is in the Venturi tube, it can achieve rapid atomization. This type of device has characteristics of low noise, a large adjustment range, and between the rated output range of 10% to 100% the temperature reduction also has a good effect of atomization, avoid undesirable conditions such as water hammer, cavitations, long-term stable operation, and equipment is safe and reliable.
2)The temperature control system uses high pressure water regulating valve, reducing the amount of leakage within the valve, and the device also eliminates the backwater branch which should be set in the traditional structure of the valve, facilitating the layout of the device. High-pressure differential regulating valve can be set according to different water pressures' corresponding multi-stage valve, each level of the pressure valve is about 1MPa, prevent water hammer, cavitations, erosion-resistant, extended life of the valve. The same caliber of high-pressure differential regulating valve has a different water flow coefficient Cv values to choose from, the sensitivity and accuracy of the regulation of the temperature control system greatly improved , and control valve leakage grade is Ⅳ.
Security system:
The security system includes steam pipes, valve and check valves. It has a full capacity emission of 100%, and the set pressure is 1.05 ~ 1.1 P2. The valve opens fast and accurately, which can exhaust extra steam and be helpful to the safe and stable operation of the whole set of equipment.
Control system
The control system of temperature and pressure device adopts a electric actuators with straight travel integration, which can enter the DCS system directly either by automatic control or manual control, improving the sensitivity and precision of the adjustment system.
