Jacketed thermal insulation single-seat regulating valve designed by Lunju Company apply to special environments, which must keep the temperature of the medium. When the process medium’s temperature is below or above the ambient temperature or the decrease in the fluid temperature may cause the medium’s viscosity increase or solidification of the medium. Then the steam-jacketed heat preservation devices will be added on the valve body and the upper valve cover, to satisfy the process control of process medium.
With tight structure, “S” streamlined fluid channels, the valve body of pneumatic film single-seat thermostatic regulating valve set up a fin to improve the flow of fluid balance around the sleeve in its structure. This contribute to the advantages of low pressure lose, small flow, extensive adjustment range, high precision of valve flow regulating, large guide area of valve core and vibration resistance.
