Main characteristics
1、AW Pneumatic actuators are divided into double-acting and single acting (spring return), two split cylinders, and they are easy to manufacture large-size block. They can meet the needs of large rotating type valves.
2、The output torque is large, the movement is smooth and flexible, the inner wall of the cylinder and hard chrome of the piston shaft have good abrasion resistance, and all the sliding parts have oil-free lubrication shaft and the guide ring to reduce friction and extend the use of life span. U-shaped curve characteristic output torque of AW pneumatic actuator is more suitable for large-diameter ball valve, butterfly valve.
3、Rotation angle: double acting=90°, single-acting angle=90° can be adjusted from both ends ±5°
4、Operating temperature: 20°～80℃。
5、Air supply: filtered, dry or lubricated clean air, the minimum air pressure is 0.4 MPa, the maximum air pressure is 1.0MPa.
6、The basic design: pneumatic double cylinder double piston fork drive mechanism. Model AW = double acting type; type AWS = single acting type (spring reset).
