Summary：
710T high performance liner with Teflon butterfly valve is a butterfly valve the inside of which is lined fully with Teflon, widely used in flow and pressure of various kinds of fluids and regulating or switch control in food, bio-medicine, electronic industry with sanitary requirements. In addition, it is also utilized in the controlling of various strong acid, strong base, strong etching gas in chemical industry. It is featured by outstanding durability, excellent sealing property, and good resistance to erosion. When the valve is switched off, it can achieve zero-leakage, largest caliber 600mm, highest working pressure 10Kgf/cm2 and highest applicable temperature 200℃.

All the parts inside valve which contacts liquid are lined with Telfon, including the upside and downside of the valve pole, to prevent the leakage of liquid from the valve rod.
Separation- type sealing design
The sealing ring design is respectively independent of the rubber and Tefon, but they supplement each other to enhance sealing performance. Adoption of rubber enables sealing parts of elasticity. It also reduces the using amount of rubber, and eradicates possibility for valve plate’s stucking in the closing position caused by rubber expansion by temperature rise.
New structure design improves the sealing performance
1、For thickness more than 3mm of PFA , it can prevent leakage phenomena effectively of various kinds of gases, with very strong anti-corrosion performance.
2、Add one strong force spring respectively in the upper and lower stuffing box, thus overcoming the influences to sealing by temperature fluctuation.
