For the delivery of solid powder (such as coal-water slurry, slurry, organic silicon, titanium dichloride, water coal) and solid particle medium in harsh working conditions, Wuxi Lunqu Electric Manufacture Co., Ltd. uses one-to-one fine sphere and valve seat lapping, with high precision, spring-loaded wear self-compensation (ensure zero leakage). Sphere body adopts hard chrome plating or sprays super-hard coating, to protect against erosion (based on differences in working conditions, select different spraying technologies and sealing coating, to meet the need of high temperature, wear and erosion resistance).

Lunqu Valve adopts metal hard seal wear-resistant fixed ball valve in bad working condition, which is used in such industries as petrochemical industry, metallurgy, thermal power generation, natural gas, mine, latex, coal chemical industry, coal liquefaction, alumina, slagging system, soot-blowing, organic silicon and oil field thermal production.
This series of ball valves has the following features:
1. Straight design, with little liquid resistance and low pressure drop.
2. The seal face is protected. In the full- on full-off position of the valve, the seal face is in protective status, to prevent it from being scoured and cavitation erosion.
3. Advanced manufacture technology. High velocity oxyfuel raying (HVOF) uses aviation kerosene as the fuel. After the full combustion and explosion, aviation kerosene products the speed high to 6000yard/minute (over three time of speed of sound) to spay the mental power (nickel WC self-fuse base alloy powder) to the sphere and the seal face of valve seat through the specially designed spray gun, to form compact and adhesive coating. The hardness of the coating is high to 68-72HRC, which is difficult to be scratched and scoured by the medium.
4.“One to one” fine lapping technique. Due to the high hardness of ball valve and valve seat, Lunqu adopts unique abrasive, process and frock to carry out “one to one” fine lapping, in order to ensure the quality of each valve.
